Soltel Networks, LLC was founded by Alex Martinez in 2006 after successful operations of NorthwestArkansasOnline.com, a global telecommunications and technology reseller.

Martinez is also the Principal and CEO of ePolitica Group, a political media company. Martinez, who grew up in Los Angeles, now lives in Bentonville and has resided in Arkansas since 1995.
